Payment Processing Issues

(10:32am ET — See this in your timezone) We are currently experiencing a delay with processing order payments. We’re working closely with our service provider to quickly resolve this issue.

(11:27am ET — See this in your timezone) We are continuing to work with our third party service provider on this issue. This should only be affecting refunds on credit card orders, and orders placed with a credit card on Etsy. Orders placed using PayPal should continue to process normally.

(12:38pm ET — See this in your timezone) Our service provider is continuing to investigate current issues. We’re hopeful for a resolution soon. Upon resolution, processing of credit card payments will resume normally.

(2:23pm ET — See this in your timezone) We are still working with our service provider to resolve the delay in credit card processing. We don’t yet have an ETA for full resolution. We will continue to provide updates as we work on this.

(4:17pm ET — See this in your timezone) We are still making progress with the delayed orders. New credit card orders should be processing normally at this point. We are hopeful for a full resolution of this issue today. We will update again around 10PM ET today.

(9:49pm ET — See this in your timezone) We are still making progress with the delayed orders, at this point approximately 10% are still processing. The majority of new credit card orders are processing normally. We will update again around 10AM ET Feb 9.

(10:15am ET — See this in your timezone) As of early this morning (Brooklyn time) all new orders are now confirming as expected. We continue to work closely with our third-party partner to resolve older orders that are still processing. We will update again around 2PM EST.

(1:56pm ET — See this in your timezone) All new orders are processing correctly. We continue to work closely with our third-party partner to resolve delayed orders from this weekend. We will update again around 6PM EST.

(6:24pm ET — See this in your timezone) As of now less than 0.05% of all orders are still processing. We continue to work closely with our third-party partner to resolve these remaining delayed orders. We will update again tomorrow around 10AM EST.

(10:18am ET — See this in your timezone) We are waiting for information from our third party partner to resolve the remaining orders in processing. We will update again around 2pm ET.
