We have to bring down the database that handles Conversations on Etsy this morning, at 4AM Eastern Time US, (which is this time in your time zone), we expect it to be back up in about 10-15 minutes. We’re doing it to clear out some accumulated database cruft, memory-wise. In the future, we’re working on not having this affect every convo on the site, only increasingly smaller portions. 
UPDATE: Ok so that took about 5 minutes. All ok!
