As of 6PM ET tonight we started experiencing issues with view counts in Shop Stats. View totals are not changing at this time, even if shops and listings receive views.
We are investigating this issue and will post again when we have an update.
UPDATE : As of 11:15 PM ET view counts are once again being collected and displayed. Current view totals displayed on the site do not include the period between 5:54 PM ET and 11:15 PM ET. We are working on recovering this data. We won’t be able to recover the data this evening, but will update this post when the recovery process is complete.
UPDATE: All missing view counts have been restored. Shops Stats, as well as view counts on Listing pages, are functioning normally again.
