UPDATE: 13:52 EST – this issue has now been resolved

An update to search indexing last night is causing some items not to show up in the appropriate category pages. We’re working on a fix and re-index right now. Sorry, and thank you for your patience.

UPDATE: We’ve got things all cleared up, and back in tip-top shape!

We’re currently experiencing problems with images on the site.

This issue may impact viewing images and uploading new images.

We have engineers looking at the problem and should have it resolved shortly.

As of 9:30am EST some users may be experiencing problems searching on the site. We are working to resolve this as quickly as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

4:04 pm EST: At this time some users may experience uh-oh pages when loading Help or FAQ areas of the site. We are working to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

4:45 pm EST: At this time all issues have been resolved, thanks for your patience.

11:00am ET: This morning we found that a small percentage of mobile visitors weren’t able to see any images on the site.

We’ve identified the problem and have pushed out a fix for this now.

06:40AM ET We’re currently experiencing an issue which will be causing the site to be slow right now. We’re working on it and will update as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

06:56AM ET The site should be back to normal now. Sorry for any inconvenience this issue caused.

9.30PM ET: We experienced an issue tonight at approx. 9.30ET which resulted in our systems delaying the sending of outgoing email. You may also experience a temporary delay  in the updating of some statistics such as your Items Sold count. The issue has now been resolved and our systems are working through the backlog of jobs, the majority of which has now been cleared. We apologize for any inconvenience caused!

11:50pm ET: The site is currently down due to a hardware failure.
We are removing the faulty hardware from serving now and expect the site to return in a few moments.

11:56pm ET: The site is now back. We apologize for the downtime!

4:30pm EDT: At this time we have been notified that checkouts using PayPal might be failing.  PayPal is aware and working to resolve the issue.  We will post updates here as we get them.

4:47pm EDT: Paypal has resolved their issue.  At this time checkouts should be functioning normally.

11:30pm ET: From approximately 11pm to 11:25pm, users experienced errors uploading photos to the site. This was due to a configuration error on our side. We found and corrected the problem, and apologise for any inconvenience it caused!
