7:20PM ET: We are experiencing an issue with batch shipping editing that is causing some listings to display incorrectly or not at all.
Batch shipping editing is disabled at present, and we are working to resolve the issue. We’ll post again when we have more information.
8:05PM ET: We’re still investigating this issue, status is currently unchanged.
8:20PM ET: We’ve found the issue. Batch shipping editing has been re-enabled. We are currently working at restoring the data that was lost, thanks for sitting tight.
9:15 PM ET: We’ve refunded listing fees for all the affected listings.
10:00 PM ET: We’re still working on recovering data for the approximately 3000 listings that were affected by this issue.
10:20 PM ET: We’ve fixed most of the listings affected by this issue by copying the missing listing titles and descriptions from backups. Approximately 140 listings that were created shortly before the incident began have not been fixed up. The site is otherwise back to normal.
In some cases the repaired listings may not contain the most recent data — if you used the batch shipping tool today, please check your listings, and update them if necessary.
