12:15pm ET: We are aware of an issue with direct checkout and bill payments. The ability to pay your bill via credit card is currently unavailable. Issuing buyer refunds for direct checkout orders may generate errors intermittently. Thank you for your patience.

We’ve been seeing intermittent delivery issues to @aol.com email addresses. Thanks for your patience, we’ve been informed AOL are aware of the issue and are working on it.
Update: 11pm EDT – AOL appear to have resolved their issues and all delayed mail has been delivered to their servers

Paypal are performing some scheduled maintenance and as a result checking out via Paypal will be unavailable for approximately one hour from 10PM PDT / 1AM EDT / 6AM BST. Stay tuned for an update when the maintenance work is completed.
Update: As of 23:30 PDT / 02:40 EDT / 07:40 BST Paypal’s maintenance has been completed and checking out via paypal is now enabled again.

2:40PM EDT: We’re currently experiencing an issue that prevents the iPhone app from working for logged in users. We have identified the issue and are working to resolve it ASAP.
Update: As of 3:10PM EDT this issue has been fixed.

We’re currently experiencing a delay in email delivery for checkouts. We have identified the issue and are rectifying it.
UPDATE: The email queue is clearing and should be finished in about 30 minutes. Expect emails to arrive shortly.

We’re currently having some issues with purchasing new Showcase ads. We will not be selling new Showcase ads until this issue is resolved.
Update, 10:50 PM ET: We restored Showcase purchasing. We are continuing to monitor a case where a small number of Showcases cannot be purchased.
