Payment Processing Status

We are currently experiencing a delay with processing payments. We are working closely with our third party processor to resolve this issue.

Update: We’re continuing to work on this issue with no ETA at present.

(10:41am ET — See this in your timezone) We are currently investigating an issue with some listings not showing up in search. We’re working quickly to resolve this issue.

(11:58am ET — See this in your timezone) We’re continuing to investigate as to missing listings in search, with our engineers narrowing down the current issue

(3:09pm ET — See this in your timezone) We are continuing to investigate issues with filters in search. Our engineers are working to correct the affected listings.

(9:24pm ET — See this in your timezone) We’ve identified the problem causing some search queries to return incomplete results. We are working on a fix and we’ll give another update as soon as we verify the fix works.

(10:58pm ET — See this in your timezone) We’ve verified our fix works. We’re now re-processing all impacted listings. We estimate this will take 6 hours to complete. We’ll update our progress.

(5:09am ET — See this in your timezone) Most listings should see a resolution in returning to normalcy now. The work should complete in roughly an hour. We will send another update once this is finished.

(7:03am ET — See this in your timezone) The issue should now be resolved and listings should appear in search results as expected.
