We are currently experiencing a delay with processing payments. We are working closely with our third party processor to resolve this issue.

USPS Label Purchasing Outage

(8:03 ET) Our USPS label provider is currently experiencing an outage. We apologize for any inconvenience, and will update here as we know more.

(8:20 ET) Our label provider has identified the issue; we’re currently working with them to resolve it.

(8:37 ET) The issue has been resolved, and we’ve reenabled USPS label purchasing.
